BK-5419 - ABEC-3, Oversized, Bottom Bracket Bearing Kit for Shimano 24mm cranksets and Trek BB90/95 framesets

Enduro presents the BK-5419, our introductory level bottom bracket bearing kit, offering superior performance compared to the market standard. This kit features our ABEC-3 radial bearings and includes all necessary seals and spacers for a meticulous and professional setup.

Although this bespoke bearing kit sees limited use, it becomes indispensable for those facing specific fit issues. It is particularly effective for Trek BB90 bottom brackets, where bearings are directly pressed into a BB shell often made of softer materials like carbon or aluminum. Over time, the bearing seat in these shells may expand slightly due to wear. Our kit's custom bearings are marginally oversized (by 0.1mm) to counteract any play in the BB shell, ensuring a snug fit.

Our Enduro ABEC-3 bearings are crafted for optimal bicycle performance, featuring 52100 High-Carbon Chromium alloy races, grade 10 Balls, LLB seals, and filled with 90% high-pressure, waterproof grease. The radial bearings are designed with deep grooves to accommodate the largest possible balls, increasing the contact area within the bearing and significantly extending its lifespan.

For seamless removal and installation of this bearing kit, we recommend using the BRT-003 24m x 37mm bearing tool. The BRT-003 facilitates quick bearing changes with minimal effort, allowing for efficient maintenance while the bottom bracket remains on the bike.
