A revolutionary fully manufactured in CNC procedure mountain bike cassette.
The 8 intermediate pinions are machined in a 9 hours continuous process from one piece of steel, resulting in an absolute lightweight, precision-engineered and robust cartridge.
The large gear is made of aluminum and then joined to the central part of steel.
The cartridge is secured only by the largest and smallest sprocket firmly on the freewheel body. Thus, the cassette, the bearing surfaces of the smallest and largest sprockets are not incorporated in soft aluminum freewheel body made particularly wide.
Thanks to the open construction, mud and dirt can not accumulate so quickly, which manifests itself in a better switching performance and less wear.
