SRAM XG-1295 Eagle X01 12-Speed Cassette

The last dangling shred of an argument in favor of a mountain bike front derailleur is now officially dead. Designed for use with our proven, reliable XD Driver Body, this 12-speed, 10- to 50-tooth cassette offers an optimal 500-percent gear range at a considerably lighter weight than 2x systems. It carries with it the X-DOME architecture, which, independent tests have concluded, yields the strongest cassettes on the market. Shifting characteristics improve both, inboard and outboard shifting, as well as chain retention.

XD Driver Body - XD is a cassette driver body design that allows the use of a 10-tooth small cog and provides an improved interface with the cassette.

X-Dome - The revolutionary machined design of the X-Dome cassette uses the same grueling manufacturing techniques that produced the PowerDome road cassette. With X-DOME, nine of the cogs are CNC machined together out of a single block of billet steel, creating an incredibly lightweight, precise and strong cassette.

Eagle - Eagle technology represents our newest 1x drivetrain technology. Eagle is a lighter, simpler, more durable, and easier to use drivetrain. Eagle features all-new 1x components, engineered for even greater durability and performance while maintaining a significant weight advantage over other drivetrain solutions. Eagle technology also provides an expanded gear range of 500%, which is equal to 2x11 drivetrains.

X-Glide 2 - X-Glide 2 is next generation of SRAM X-Glide technology optimized for the Eagle 12-speed cassette. It provides quick, precise, power-on shifting performance throughout the gear range, and increases chain retention on larger cogs.
