TRP RS01E Disc Brake Rotor (2.3 mm, 6-Bolt)
When braking performance and reliability matter under the most extreme conditions, the RS01E from TRP delivers. With a robust 2.3 mm one-piece stainless-steel construction, this rotor raises the bar in torsional stiffness, cooling capacity and durability — exactly what high-end riders expect on trail, enduro and e-MTB setups.

Key Features

  • Engineered one-piece 6-bolt mounting for maximum rigidity and fewer flex issues.

  • 2.3 mm thickness (minimum wear down to approx. 1.8 mm) for long life and stable braking surface.

  • Up to 47% increased torsional stiffness and ~8% better cooling capacity compared to standard rotors — meaning improved power and fade-resistance.

  • Wear-indicator marks integrated into the rotor, making it easy to know when replacement is needed.

  • Anti-corrosion treated centre section, ideal for demanding Australian trail conditions with mud, rain and bush terrain.

Why it’s perfect for your ride
Whether you’re descending hard on a 29″ enduro rig, pushing an e-MTB in rough terrain, or you just demand the best in braking control — the RS01E gives you peace of mind. You get a rotor that stays straight, stays quiet, resists warping and stays reliable when you lean on it. It pairs perfectly with performance 4-piston calipers and high-end braking systems. When you’re serious about braking, this rotor backs it up.

Fitment & Size Options
Available in diameters: 180 mm (approx. 187 g), 203 mm (approx. 238 g), 220 mm (approx. 279 g), and 223 mm (approx. 283 g) depending on your setup. Compatible with standard 6-bolt hubs and mounting hardware (T25/Torx rotor bolts included).

Installation Notes

  • Check minimum rotor thickness regularly (1.8 mm) — replacement required when below spec.

  • Run suitable torque on the rotor bolts to ensure safe, vibration-free mounting.

  • If upgrading from standard rotor thickness, ensure your caliper pistons are correct and pads properly bedded to avoid early heat fade.
